Overview
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and SecureSync Technologies LLC (SecureSync). SecureSync makes no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, SecureSync disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, data accuracy and system integration. SecureSync assumes no responsibility (and expressly disclaims responsibility) for updating this Site to keep information current or to ensure the accuracy or completeness of any posted information. This site may include inaccuracies, mistakes or typographical errors. SecureSync does not warrant that the content will be uninterrupted or error free. Confidential information
You further acknowledge that the Site may contain information which is designated confidential by SecureSync and that you shall not disclose such information without SecureSync’s prior written consent.

SecureSync does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Site. Please note that any information or material sent to SecureSync will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending SecureSync any information or material, you grant SecureSync an unrestricted, irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, publicly display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise freely use, those materials or information. You also agree that SecureSync is free to use any ideas, concepts, knowhow, or techniques that you send us for any purpose. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail. SecureSync may also provide notices of changes to the Terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Site.

Termination
SecureSync may terminate or suspend any and all access to this Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of these Terms. Upon termination of your access, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
